Borden-Rimrock Stocks are custom made items and are primarily built to order. Due to the nature of the work, stocks can not be returned for refund.

All balances for stcoks and stock work are to be completely paid prior to the items being picked up or being shipped from our facility. 

Borden Rifles stands behind our products and we guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing issues or defects. Once a customer has taken delivery of a stock, they have 30 days to inspect it. If any manufacturing faults are found, they are to be reported to Borden Rifles prior to the end of the 30 days. Borden Rifles will work to repair or correct any manufacturing faults. We must be contacted prior to any item being shipped back to us for repair. The customer is responsible for including a detailed written report of the area that they believe needs correction or repair. Items found to be caused by the customer will be corrected at the expense of the customer. A return authorization number must be obtained from Borden Rifles before returning an item for repair or inspection.

Borden Rifles will not issue a refund or accept a return of any stock that performs to and meets our quality standards. If a rifle is returned without a “return authorization” number or permission by any of Borden's staff, Borden’s is not obligated to perform any work or refunds for any reason.

SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS:

Unless there is a manufacturer error, customers are responsible for shipping charges for any requested changes on their rifle or other products bought from Borden Rifles.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:

Customer must obtain a return authorization number and have it clearly written on the packaging as well as detailed written information of the issues of their rifles.  We cannot process any additional work if we don’t have the information needed.
